Garden Cabin in France - Phase 1 -
This outbuilding was required on a property in Northern France. The house (not pictured) needs a new roof and other large structural works. This cabin is required as a place to store furniture and building materials so the main works can commence.
Garden Workshop
A derelict outbuilding needed lots of TLC.
The old asbestos roof needed removing with utmost care. Asbestos-approved masks and safe systems of work were put in place for the duration of this process.
The roof structure also needed replacing in numerous parts, as did parts of the block walls.
New windows, A new roof, New cladding, Workbenches inside... A new lease of life for an otherwise dangerous and neglected workshop.
New bedroom floor in a 18th Century Farmhouse
The old upstairs floor in this farmhouse was infested with woodworm and had been a danger for a number of years!
After the old flooring was removed, We needed to fit extra beams to strengthen and level the existing floor joists.
Structure strong and level, the new timber flooring went down a treat.
